Trust & Security FAQs

Teambridge is SOC2 and GDPR compliant. You can find more information, including audit reports and our internal policies, in our Trust Center.

How does Teambridge use my data? Does TeamBridge sell any data to 3rd parties?

We do not use customer data in any way other than to deliver on the Teambridge services that customers pay for. This means we do not sell or misuse our customers’ data in any way. Teambridge does use anonymized user data for product analytics to improve our platform and service.

Who has access to the data?

Each customer’s data is separated, ensuring data integrity and privacy. Access to your data is limited based on strict permissions, including access groups that each customer can customize. In some instances, specific Teambridge members can have access to customer data for the purposes of customer support and troubleshooting, however that access is always protected behind layers of authentication.

Is my data encrypted?

Teambridge uses Amazon RDS encryption to secure their database instances and snapshots at rest. Amazon RDS encryption uses the industry standard AES-256 encryption algorithm to encrypt your data on the server that hosts your DB instance. For more information, see Encrypting Amazon RDS resources.

What happens to my data if I am no longer a customer?

After termination, customers will have a predetermined amount of time to download their data. For auditing and accounting purposes, Teambridge may retain former customers’ data. Former customers have the right to request deletion as required by applicable privacy laws.

What user data does Teambridge track from mobile devices?

Teambridge collects anonymized data for product analytics. For time tracking and geofencing purposes, Teambridge collects location data. However, the user is made aware of the tracking and can update the permissions via the iOS and Android default permission settings at any time.
