About the Candidate: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a passionate doer and builder of systems looking to have real impact from their efforts. You should have a proven track record of sourcing, recruiting, and fostering a team and a culture your are proud of. As the first member of the People team you will be responsible for taking many initiatives from zero to one as you help scale our company, our culture, our success and your career.
Basic Requirements:
- Degree: TBH We don’t care. We care about the quality of your work and the thoughtfulness of your efforts
- 4+ years of experience in technical recruiting, people ops or another people ops role
- Experience in recruiting for technical roles as well as executive positions
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a knack for iterating and defining playbooks where none existed before
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Location: This position is based in San Francisco and requires hybrid in-person collaboration.
