About the Candidate:As a Middle Market Account Executive at TeamBridge, your primary responsibility is to fuel revenue growth by acquiring new clients within the middle-market segment. In this role, you’ll leverage your sales expertise to identify opportunities, understand client needs, and demonstrate how our workforce management solutions can address their challenges. You’ll be instrumental in building relationships, driving sales engagements, and ultimately closing deals that align with our customers’ objectives and drive mutual success.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify leads within the middle-market segment through targeted outreach and research.
  • Develop a robust pipeline of potential clients by leveraging various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and social selling.
  • Drive the sales process from initial contact through negotiation to contract closure.
  • Navigate complex sales cycles and overcome objections to secure commitments from prospective clients.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including sales operations, marketing, and customer success, to ensure alignment and maximize opportunities.
  • Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and market feedback to sales leadership.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of full-cycle sales experience in a high-growth software company, preferably in HRIS, PEO, On-Demand Staffing, or WFM sectors.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Compelling presentation abilities that engage and captivate audiences.
  • Positive and open-minded attitude with a commitment to ethical success.
  • Collaborative mindset with a knack for problem-solving in ambiguous situations.
  • Ability to thrive in dynamic environments and embrace innovative solutions.
