Where it began
Before Teambridge, co-founders Arjun and Tito spent five years leading Uber Driver and Uber for Business, building the tools that powered a workforce of more than 4 million drivers.
That’s where they learned what it really takes to serve a massive, distributed, frontline workforce: software that meets people where they are, and systems that hold up at scale.

2020
Teambridge was founded on a simple conviction: the busywork of running a workforce should be automated, not endured. From the start, the goal was to put software, and increasingly AI, to work on the manual, repetitive operations that eat up people’s days.
