About the Candidate:
The Sales Engineer will serve as the technical liaison between our sales team and potential customers. You will leverage your technical expertise and excellent communication skills to demonstrate the value of the Teambridge solutions to prospective customers. Your role is critical in driving sales success by understanding client needs, presenting and architecting tailored solutions, answering technical questions and ensuring a seamless transition from prospect to satisfied customer.
To be successful as a Sales Engineer, you’ll develop in-depth technical knowledge of Teambridge and you should be able to relate this knowledge in a way that is understandable to technical and non-technical customers. Prospects will look to you as a trusted advisor during their decision making process.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in a solutions engineering role or similar in a dynamic environment such as software startups and/or fast-paced enterprise software companies
- Experience working and enabling B2B Ent Saas, bonus points if your experience involved a horizontal platform tool (i.e. Salesforce, Rippling), or industry relevant experience (HRIS, PEO, Staffing, Payroll)
- A strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to translate these into tangible benefits that will excite prospective customers
- Experience with Open APIs and business software integration.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- You are capable of engaging and influencing various audiences, including technical/non-technical audiences, and C Suite Executives
Responsibilities:
- Act as the technical expert for WorkforceOS, bridging client needs with our solutions
- Collaborate with the Sales Team to align product value to customer needs with client requirements and challenges in mind
- Deliver compelling, tailored product demos and technical presentations
- Write and design technical documentation and sales materials
- Provide technical support throughout the sales process, answering questions and offering solutions
- Liaise between sales and product development teams, sharing customer feedback for product improvement
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to enhance presentations and knowledge
- Communicate with customers and engineers to ensure equipment meets requirements and solve usage issues
- Recommend product improvements and cost-effective solutions
- Assist in developing sales strategies and training sales team members on technical aspects
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and technological advancements, continuously enhancing your presentations and knowledge baseAssist in the development of sales strategies and materials, leveraging your technical knowledge to enhance our sales propositions
