About the Candidate: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Revenue Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team. The Revenue Operations Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting various aspects of our revenue operations, including reporting, analytics, sales architecture, pricing strategies, comp plan building, vendor management, and more. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales operations, a keen analytical mindset, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Support reporting on trends and analytics to provide insights into sales performance and revenue trends.
  • Assist in the creation of presentations to communicate key metrics and performance indicators to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to design and implement effective sales architecture and reporting structures.
  • Contribute to the development of pricing strategies to optimize revenue generation and profitability.
  • Manage vendor relationships and contracts, ensuring compliance and efficiency in vendor management processes.
  • Assist in the design and implementation of sales compensation plans, including comp plan building and comp payouts calculations.
  • Facilitate training sessions for sales teams on sales processes, tools, and best practices.
  • Set up and configure sales tools and software to support the sales team’s operational needs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in revenue operations or sales operations roles.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Salesforce, Tableau, Airtable).
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Experience with pricing strategies, vendor management, and sales tool administration is highly desirable.
